for the Boeing-Delta IV facility. Since being established the facility has developed into one
of the Southeast's leading, and one of the most respected proof loading facilities. With 360°
proof load capacities in excess of 250,000 pounds, the majority of your requirements for
proof loading can be completed in 24 to 48 hours from receiving the fixture.
Apex Design Technology's Decatur facility holds the ability to fabricate a proof load fixture
that will simulate actual loads requires to perform a lifting function that the tool was
designed to perform. The Decatur facility holds verification status with the Boeing Delta IV
facility for witnessing proof loads.
Apex Design Technology's Decatur facility has the ability to perform several different welding
processes and holds certifications in AWS-D1.2, AWS-D1.1, Mil Std 2219, Class C, Mil Std 1595A,
ADT-GT-103. Our welding personnel go through a standard re-certification process annually along
with vision testing and drug screening.

and various process fixtures for the Boeing Delta IV and several other tight tolerance Aluminum and
Steel fixtures.
