This self-contained Hydrostatic Burst and Cycle Pressure Test Stand is able to test various types and sizes of automotive radiators, heater cores, A/C evaporators, A/C hose lines, A/C condensers, A/C accumulators and dehydrators.

The system has a user friendly PC based data acquisition system (DAS) and a PLC combined. Failure modes of the unit(s) under test (UUT) is monitored and recorded automatically via a DAS. The system also has the capability to monitor and record the "growth" of the UUTs during pressurization. Optional Statically Process Control (SPC) is also available.
